ExchangeLeads is a B2B software that allows you to upload your current email marketing lists for new, accurate B2B leads.
Can I upgrade my subscription anytime?
Yes, you are able to upgrade your subscription anytime on our “Account Settings” page.
Will my uploaded leads appear on my matched leads?
No, your uploaded leads will never appear in your matched leads. We ensure that only quality leads arrive in your matched leads.
What happens if the lead is not accurate?
We guarantee accurate data for all of our leads and will replace the credit immediately.
What leads can I upload?
We only accept B2B leads with minimum of 7 required fields. This is done during mapping of your leads in our database.
Do I get additional credits for uploading more than 7 fields?
How will I know if a previous search has new matched leads in your database?
You can run the search again on our dashboard and only unique leads you have not downloaded in the past will show up on “Matched Search”.
What happens if your database already has a lead I am trying to upload?
We still give you full credits for the upload.
Do my Credits ever expire?
No, your credits will never expire and will remain in your account until you use them.
Will my sales users ever receive the same leads?
No, each lead in our database is only downloadable once from your account. Therefore, sales members will never receive the same contact.
