ExchangeLeads is an easy to use platform that allows marketing professionals to exchange their current contacts for real-time clean contacts. Members of ExchangeLeads have the option to take any database and contribute to our community and receive credits that can be used to download new contacts. Unlike the few data providers that have tried this model before, our team will provide you a custom report on the exchange to ensure that you understand what credits you received.

Our team uses our proprietary state of the art technology to maintain and accurate database by only providing up to 50 clean checks for our clients. Also, we have a team that specializes in confirming data to ensure that we maintain the reputation of the highest quality data provide. ExchangeLeads already has over 2 million contacts of decision makers from all over North America. Also, our team continues to maintain our high quality database by ensuring all uploads have the required 11 fields. Including full name, phone number, email address, complete address, organization and titles.

How does this work?

THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE YOUR DATABASE WITHIN MINUTES

UPLOAD

The first step to start contributing your data to our community is to upload your file via XLS,XLSX, or CSV. As you can see to be able to use the Exchange , you must have the mandatory 11 fields. These fields include the following (firstname, lastname, email address, phone number, street, city, state, country, postal code, organization, title). As a community of marketing professionals, if you keep our data clean, we guarantee to provide you real-time clean data. Therefore, if you are missing any of the mandatory fields, you will not be able to use the exchange.

MAPPING DATA

The second step to contribute is to use our mapping feature. Our mapping feature will provide you “Our Database fields”, “Mapped Fields”, and “Unmapped Fields”. Our database fields are the fields that our current database provides. Mapped fields would be the fields that our technology recognized on your upload that matched “our database” fields. However, any fields that were not recognized with our technology would be under “Unmapped” fields that can be simply dragged and dropped into the correct place in the mapped fields. Once you see that all the fields are in blue in the correct position, our technology will now let you upload your list by simply pressing upload.

USE YOUR CREDITS

The third step of the Exchange is to find out how many credits we will be providing you to search and download your new contacts. Once you have successfully mapped your data, it will go through the 3 different stages to populate how many credits you will be receiving. “Queued -> Validated -> Verified.
