FULL STACK DEVELOPER
You are the right person for us if you are curious, like to research, continuously expand your knowledge and solve complex problems from the comfort of your home. More than a developer, you will have the opportunity to work in a startup environment where you will be facing exciting challenges, working with new and different technologies and projects beyond typical software developer’s scope.
What will you do:
As a Full Stack developer you will be working in a small and experienced SCRUM team on design, implementation and maintenance of a large cloud application managing tens of millions of contacts. You will be in charge of producing high quality software to support long-term maintainability and extensibility of the ExchangeLeads cloud platform.
Does this sound like you?
- More than 5 years of experience as a backend developer (PHP)
- Experience with NoSQL/BigData (MongoDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch is a plus)
- Experience with Web Services (REST)
- Experience with Apache or Nginx
- Good understanding of Relational Database concepts
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience with Linux OS and LAMP stack
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
Ideally you:
- Are familiar with Web Server Accelerators (Varnish)
- Have experience with Drupal
- Have previous working from home experience

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, providing demos to prospects, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
What will you do:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate a list
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects in your territory
- Build your pipeline to help close deals
Does this sound like you?
- Business fluent in English is mandatory (written/spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or other related field
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Proven inside sales experience
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales funnels and closing sales via online demo of software
- Knowledge of sales automation and good understanding of major sales channels
- Proficient on the phone, CRMs, cold calling, following up etc.
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
- Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to take the initiative and drive excellent results
- Ability to understand technical concepts relevant to our product lines and communicate technical value propositions effectively
